- Yes — every paid plan includes a free trial set by the plan (typically 14 days). No credit card required to start. Cancel inside the billing portal anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- Anything that speaks LTI 1.1 or LTI 1.3. Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, Schoology, Sakai, Open edX, and others. If your LMS supports LTI, Meletema will work with it.
- Yes. Org admins can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page. Subscription changes prorate automatically.
- Launches keep working for features your new plan still includes. Launches that need a feature you dropped get redirected to a "subscription required" page until you upgrade again.
- We store attempt scores and per-card progress so the adaptive engine can do its job. We never sell student data and we don't use it to train AI models.
- Open a support ticket from the Support page — a human will reply, usually within a business day.
