Meletema is an adaptive flashcard platform built for instructors who teach through their LMS. Drop decks into Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or any LTI-compliant learning management system. Grades sync back automatically. Students get a study experience tuned to what they actually need to practise.

Core concepts
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Deck | A set of flashcards on a topic. The unit students play through. |
| Card | A prompt + answer + optional explanation. |
| Folder | An organizing container for decks. |
| Section | A class in your LMS that's been linked to a deck. Created automatically when an instructor deep-links via LTI. |
| Organization | Your team or department. Decks live inside an organization. |
| Attempt | One play-through of a deck by one student. Carries a score and the responses. |
| Mastery score | A spaced-repetition signal that grows as students answer correctly across multiple sessions. |
Heads up: "Mastery progress" and "Average attempt score" are different numbers. A student can score 100% on a single attempt while still being at 20% mastery — mastery accrues over time. See the dashboard tooltips for the full explanation.
